1. Pick you up from the downtown hotel in Shanghai and drive you to Zhujiajiao Water Town. Zhujiajiao is an ancient water town well-known throughout the country, with a history of more than 1700 years. Covering an area of 47 square kilometers, the little fan-shaped town glimmers like a bright pearl in the landscape of lakes and mountains. Till today, old historical buildings such as rice shops, banks, spice stores and even a Qing dynasty post office can still be found.
2. After lunch, drive you back to Shanghai. Visit French Concession Xintiandi. Xintiandi has created a life style favored by most of visitors because it is a place where yesterday meets tomorrow and east meets west. Local people like Xintiandi because it aroused a reminiscent mood by the gray-brick Shikumen, which used to be the architectural symbol of Shanghai in late 19th and early 20th centuries.
3. After the whole day tour, transfer you back to your downtown hotel in Shanghai.
