Day 1: Arrive in Lhasa    
Activities: Upon arrival at Lhasa's Gongkar airport, greeted by your private guide and transferred to hotel in Lhasa. Free for the rest of the day to acclimate to the climate and altitude.

Day 2: Lhasa    Lhasa
Activities: 1. Pick you up from the hotel and transfer you to visit the Potala Palace. Potala Palace is the landmark and the heart of Lhasa City, which is perched on the 130 meters high Marpo Ri (Red Hill) with 13 storeys and more than 1000 rooms.
2. Then head to Norbulingkha for sightseeing. Norbulingka is known as the Summer Palace in Lhasa. It once served as the summer palace for dalai lamas from 7th Dalai Lama who first built the palace. You will visit the private chambers and audience hall.
3. After lunch, visit the famous Jokhang Temple. The 1300-year-old Jokhang Temple is now the spiritual center of Tibet. From earliest dawn to last light, daily worshippers and once-in-a-lifetime pilgrims make the inner circumambulation (kora) of the Jokhang to earn religious merit.
4. After that, move on to visit the Barkhor Street. The area is truly Tibetan, with Tibetan shops lining up on the either sides of the street and that the streets packed with Tibetan devotees with their prayer wheels spinning or beads counting with utterance of sacred mantra and some in prostration. Barkhor Street is the oldest street in Lhasa as well as the center of old Lhasa and remains very traditional.
5. After the whole day tour, transfer you back to the hotel.

Day 3: Lhasa    Lhasa
Activities: 1. Pick you up from the hotel and drive you to visit Drepung Monastery. Drepung Monastery is the largest, richest and the most powerful of the three major Yellow Sect monasteries of Tibet. Drepung commanded the administration of Tibet before establishment of Potala Palace. At Drepung, you will visit the main Assembly Hall and some of the colleges of Buddhist studies.
2. After lunch, in the afternoon, head to Sera Monastery. Located 5km north of Lhasa, this monastery was the first Gelugpa monastery in Lhasa and has remained the main seat of this major Buddhist order ever since. You will visit the main assembly hall and some of its several Buddhist colleges. You will also take chance to attend the monks debating session.
3. After the whole day tour, transfer you back to the hotel.
