Beijing Capital Museum is located in the west extension of Chang'an Avenue, in Xicheng district. Covering an area of 63,390 square meters, the museum contains with five floors above ground and two floors underground.

Named as Capital Museum, it shows the culture, history and development of Beijing mainly.
